Frame Features

Airflow Ventilation –Smith’s Airflow technology features vents in the brow of the lens that increase the circulation of fresh air to keep the inner lens dry and fog-free. A semi-porous foam filter is positioned behind the vents to prevent snow and moisture from infiltrating the goggle chamber.

DriWix 2-Layer Face Foam –Plus foam provides a comfortable layer to perfectly seal on the face, absorbing sweat and moisture. Fleece lining is soft to the touch for long-lasting comfort against the skin.

Dual Slide Strap Adjustment –Allows for easy and secure fit adjustment on the go.

Responsive Fit Frame Design –The Responsive Fit design allows the frame to adjust and flex to the contours of your face. Cylindrical Carbonic-X Lens –Smith has set the standard in lens performance. Each lens is individually molded to offer optimum scratch and impact resistance, increased visual acuity, and enhanced contrast sensitivity. The inner lens is impregnated with Smith’s Anti-Fog lens treatments for increased anti-fog performance. The Carbonic-X lens meets Class 1 optical standards as well as ANSI Z80.3 standards.

ChromaPop™ –ChromaPop™ lenses are the most advanced polarized lenses in the world and allow you to see true colors more quickly to maximize your visual experience. By blocking color wave intersections as they pass through the lens, ChromaPop™ is able to eliminate color confusion, enabling you to see the outside world with an unparalleled level of vibrancy beyond normal capabilities.

Fog-X Lens Treatment –Smith’s Fog-X treatment employs a hydrophilic, micro-etched surface to absorb moisture and disperse it over a wide surface area to prevent fogging. Because it is physically carved into the lens, it can’t be wiped away like other fog treatments.

Tapered Lens Technology (TLT) –When light passes through a medium, it refracts, or changes course. If left uncorrected, this refraction can cause visual distortion and eye fatigue. Smith’s Tapered Lens Technology straightens out the incoming light rays by progressively tapering the lens from the optical center toward the peripheral view.
