Key Features

Christenson Surf Rocker –Custom tip/tail rocker profile designed by surf shaper Chris Christenson for the Mountain Surfer and Storm Chaser.The nose rocker starts just inside of the front inserts and the tail rocker starts just at the back inserts. When you weight the tail of the board the nose ramps up out of the snow for insane float on the deepest days.

These subtle rocker contours match a Christenson surfboard rocker profile.

3D Base Contour 3.0 –Freeride oriented, 3D Contour Base 3.0 features a generous 7mm of spoon bevel in the nose and tail.Core

FSC™ Bamboo Surf Core –Triple density Bamboo Surf wood core that features primarily paulownia stringers with bamboo stringers positioned in the pocket of the sidecut for better edge response and turn power.Laminates

Biax Fiberglass –A dual-direction, dual layer, stitched fiberglass laminate that provides a fun and forgiving ride due to its tensile strength, reliability and snappy response.

Flax/Basalt Power Stringers –Sustainable stringer made with 100% natural fibers. Composite Flax and Basalt stringer helps transfer power to the edges, improves torsional response and absorbs board chatter.

V-Core Construction –The V-Core Construction has a slightly softer flex in the center of the board for improved maneuverability and a stiffer flex from the inserts through the tip and tail for stability and pop.Base

Sintered 8000 Base –New super durable material made form Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMW-PE) and carbon. Base is easily repairable, highly wax absorbent and wicked fast.Details

Progressive Sidecut –Delivers smoother turn initiation and exit as the edge tracks in and out of the snow with a less abrupt transition.

Blunt Nose –Provides the loft, or float, benefits of a much longer nose without the “snow plow” rounded tip and its extra swing weight.

Forever Flex –Forever Flex is a new manufacturing process that helps stabilize the flex and rocker of a board for its lifetime.

Eco-Plastic Topsheet –Bio-plastic top sheet made from Castor beans features a subtle texture for increased durability. This eco-material is lightweight and chip/scratch resistant.

Flip Flop Base Graphics –By flip-flopping the base graphic colors, P-Tex waste is drastically reduced by increasing the material yield.

Recycled ABS –ABS plastic is one of the necessary evils of snowboard production. Jones improves the sustainability of their snowboards by only using recycled plastic.

Oversize Recycled Steel Edges –All Jones boards are made with oversize recycled steel edges for added durability and improved production sustainability.

FSC™ Sustainable Wood Core –All Jones wood cores are made with Forest Stewardship Council (FSC™) certified wood. Every piece of wood used comes from a responsibly managed forest.
